General Crew Member

You show up on time, work hard, and follow direction. No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Valid driver’s license preferred. This is a ground-floor opportunity with room to grow.

Lead Technician

You have field experience and know how to run a crew. You set the standard on the job site and communicate clearly with both clients and management. Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related trade is required. Valid driver’s license required.

Irrigation Technician

You know irrigation systems — installation, diagnosis, and repair. You can troubleshoot independently, document your work clearly, and communicate findings to clients without over-explaining. Relevant field experience required.

Office / Administrative Support

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with digital tools — Google Workspace plus AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude. You keep things running cleanly behind the scenes so the field team can focus on the work. Experience with scheduling, invoicing, client communication, or using AI to streamline daily workflows is a strong plus.
